“Sarah Wedgbury interpreted and acted as a compère at the Japanese pavilion at the BBC MasterChef Live in November 2009. She showed a high level of professionalism and the event was successful because her presentation style encouraged interest from spectators.” Masashi Takizawa, Agriculture & Food Division Director, JETRO
“When interpreting, Sarah Wedgbury demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of Japanese culture and an understanding of specialist sake terminology which even Japanese people find difficult to comprehend.” Koichi Saura, Chairman of the Committee on Sake Promotion, Japan Sake Brewers Association
